Shipping Policy
We can ship to most countries and love that we can send our dresses all over the world. For our wedding dresses we have free shipping within New Zealand and a flat rate of $80 NZD for international orders. Your dress will be packaged with the best care and you will be notified once it is on it's way and of the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it's progress.
For wedding dresses we generally need 12 weeks to make your dress so will be in touch once you have placed your order and let you know what date it will be ready. If you need your dress earlier that 12 weeks let us know as we can usually accommodate rush orders depending on the time of the year.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of our wedding dresses are made to order specifically for each individual bride. Each dress is unique and handmade and because of this we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

If the dress is faulty or not what you had ordered then please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it so we can arrange to have it sent back to us and either fixed or replaced.
